We think it's about time we cleared a few things up, regarding this unreal-looking phenomenon 👀

Sure, that clip may be a tad 'enhanced' (what isn't these days), but let's explain what's really going on here.

Essentially, you're looking at a very sped up version of the ocean currents pushing sand off the shallow shores into the deeper waters, down to the bottom of the ocean—simple really.

With the naked eye, you'll still be able to see a swirly marbled mass of blended turquoise hues. But, if you want the movement, you'll need to record a time-lapse to capture that.
