Is Jack’s Flight Club free to join?

Yup! Signing up to Jack’s Flight Club is free forever! You’ll receive cheap flight deals to your inbox for as long as you like! We also have a paid Premium membership option for those looking to get even more flight deals and other perks – you can read more about that below.

How many cheap flight alerts can I expect to receive?

It depends on how many insanely cheap flights we unearth. We don’t take commissions for your clicks and are not affiliated with any airlines or bookings agents, so we’ll only send you a deal when there is a genuinely fantastic fare. On average, free members can expect 6-8 awesome deals per month. Premium Membership subscribers will receive 25-40+ email alerts every month, depending on their departure airport selection.

How do you find such cheap fares?

My team and I spend hours each day searching through online airfare matrix systems and scouring all ends of the web for the absolute best flight deals out of the UK, Northern Europe, and the US. We continuously track and monitor fares to destinations all over the globe, watching for massive fare drops and pricing errors. Whenever an amazing deal becomes available, we make sure you’re the first to know about it.

About the deals

What destinations do you look out for?

All of them! We’re on the lookout for absurdly cheap fares to all destinations worldwide, whether it’s a massive price-drop on flights to Malta, a secret sale to Los Angeles or a mispriced fare to a Tokyo, we find it and let you know about it!

Do you look at budget airlines as well?

We look everywhere! Naturally, most people (us included!) prefer to fly full-service, so we look there first. However, if a budget airline is offering a spectacular deal on a weekend getaway to Prague or a flight to Iceland, you’ll be hearing about it!

Do you cover Business Class deals too?

We do when we see a really good one! While the majority of our deals are in economy, we do also keep an eye out on Premium Economy and Business Class fares. When we spot an excellent value deal in business class, we’ll alert you :-)

Which airports do the flight deals depart from?

We send alerts for cheap flights departing from all airports in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Luxembourg, and Norway, as from Boston, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia and Washington D.C. in the US.  If you’ve been a subscriber for more than a few days, you’ve probably seen alerts for an airport near you.

Do you cover short and long-haul flights?

Yes, indeed! The biggest savings are in long-haul destinations, where our deals save members over £400 (450€ or $500) per ticket on average, however we’re always on the lookout for cheap fares to Europe as well, and have a weekly ‘weekend-trips’ feature covering flights leaving from over 50 airports in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Belgium & the Netherlands. We also search for flights lasting less than 4 hours departing from Washington D.C., Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, and New York City to get our US members some cheeky weekends away.

Is my payment information safe?

Completely. Our website uses a 256-bit encrypted connection and Stripe, one of the most widely used secure payment systems. Our payment processor is trusted by organisations such as Facebook, Twitter, and UNICEF. Our website does not store your payment card details.

What is Jack’s Flight Club Premium?

Joining Jack’s Flight Club is completely free and as a free member you’ll be receiving one or two of our ridiculously cheap deals each week. We do also offer a paid Premium Membership which gives access to ALL the deals (4x as many), plus a few other swanky perks like weekly ‘weekend trip’ alerts and more. You can decide which membership is for you after signing up and can upgrade anytime in the future if you like - no pressure!

What is the Weekend Trips Email for European city-breaks?

This is a Premium Member feature. Once each week, we scour the web for cheap, convenient European city break flights from every possible airport in the UK, Northern Europe, and the US. We do our best to find you the best value options, while taking into account bank holidays, ideal flight times, and other factors to make sure you get the most (and use up the least) of that precious holiday allotment. These have been especially popular for those looking for a few extra holidays each year without having to ask the boss for time off :-)

Can I cancel at any time?

Of course. We only want you paying for Premium if you absolutely find it valuable. You can cancel your subscription at any time within the Premium portal. If you choose to cancel within 30 days of your Premium Membership upgrade, send us an email to [email protected] and we will send you a full refund.

Help & Concerns

Can you help me with a specific booking?

We’d love to help – the thing is, our club has grown so big in such a short space of time that we simply can’t keep up with the mountain of requests flying in. All I can say is that we are constantly searching for cheap flights all over the world, so keep an eye on your inbox and I’m sure your destination will come up!

Do these fares get honoured?

The vast majority of the fares we find are just really, really good deals and honoured 100% of the time. On the occasion that we spot an error fare, we’ll let you know that there is a chance the airline may choose to refund your ticket within a few days of booking, should they decide to not honour the fare. However, from our experience most error fares get honoured as well!

I have to make travel plans months in advance, are these deals for me?

While we do sometimes find last minute deals, most of the deal alerts we send out are for fares 2-11 months out, so you’ll have plenty of time to get your ducks in a row before your trip comes around!

I’ve signed up but am not receiving emails – what gives?

The best way to make sure you receive the emails is by adding our email address ([email protected]) to your address book. Do that first, and then check if they’re hiding in your spam folder. If there’s still no sign, email us at [email protected]cksflightclub.com and we’ll sort it out together.
