Refund Policy

As a business built around saving our members money, we try to be as fair as possible and offer a generous cancellation policy. We ask our members to be fair to us in return and not abuse these conditions.

14-day Money Back Guarantee:

All new subscriptions (except monthly plans) as well as those paid for via the iOS App Store, are subject to our 14-day money-back guarantee, meaning that if you'd like to cancel your membership within the first 14 days after initial payment, you may email us for an immediate cancellation and a full refund. You can also request an immediate downgrade and refund within 14 days of payment within your Members Lounge. We do not issue pro-rated refunds.

Trial Cancellation Policy:

If you've taken part in a paid or free trial of our Takeoff Membership, make sure and cancel prior to the end of the trial to prevent your first full payment being taken. We do have a cooling-off period of 14 days after the end of the trial, after which all payments are final.

Automatic Renewals:

All new subscriptions are set to renew automatically. If you do not want your membership to auto-renew, you may cancel it within your Members Lounge, your subscription settings after logging in. Auto-renewal payments are eligible for refunds for 14 days from the date of the renewal payment. Please note that we do not issue pro-rated refunds.

Unsubscribing from emails as a Takeoff member:

Pressing 'Unsubscribe' in the footer of our emails or via your email service does not cancel your membership subscription - it just stops us sending you emails. Your account remains active so you can still access all the feature of the Members Lounge to search our database for flights and access our upgraded content. If you wish to cancel future billing at any time, you must do so within Members Lounge.
